Student Concerns

  • Assists students with academic and non-academic concerns (Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Clearance)
  • Administers entrance examination and assists during the enrollment process
  • Supports student organizations and activities

Student Activities (SLAs) & Student Organization

  • Plans and coordinates student leadership and development activities
  • Supports student engagement, events, and campus involvement
  • Enhances leadership skills and student participation
  • SASC processes student activity requests and endorsements
  • Coordinates with different departments through Service Level Agreements in preparing and implementing the mentioned activities

Student Discipline & Grievance Handling

  • Addresses student misconduct and disciplinary cases
  • Handles student complaints and grievances fairly
  • Ensures due process and promotes a safe, respectful campus environment
  • Coordinates with faculty and employees for incident reporting
  • Works with the Safety and Security Department for enforcement of rules
  • Coordinates with the CODI for escalated cases

Student Support & Assistance

  • VISA CONCERNS
    • Provides guidance on visa application and renewal
    • Assists with compliance to immigration requirements
    • Coordinates with relevant offices for visa-related matters
  • BS INQUIRIES
    • Addresses concerns related to Bachelor of Science programs
    • Provides academic program information and requirements
    • Assists international students with course-related concerns
