Enrollment Flow

Starting your medical journey at Gullas College of Medicine may take several steps, but we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Follow our structured enrollment flow to smoothly transition from applicant to officially enrolled medical student. Click a step to see the office images.

Student Info & SSC Fee Clearance (To take entrance exam)

Visit the SASC (Student Affairs & Services Center) Office to confirm student and guardian contact info, process (foreign) student requirements, and present SSC Fee slip.

Step 2

Academic Evaluation & Block Assignment

Proceed to the Dean’s Office for evaluation of academic credentials, assignment of block sections, and subject load.

Status Verification

Proceed to Marketing & Admissions Office to check if the student is promoted and for clearance approval.

Library Card Issuance

Go to the Library to process your library membership and have a physical library card issued.

Payment Processing

Proceed to the Finance Department to pay your tuition and other fees.

ID Creation

Go to the IT Department to process your ID.

LMS Activation & Enrollment Approval

Academics / Medical Education Unit (MEU) verifies ID, activates LMS account, and approves SIS enrollment.

Official Enrollment Confirmation

Registrar confirms Notice of Acceptance, releases official study load, and submits final enrollment list to the Dean.

Step 1

Account Creation

Create an account on the SIS Portal using the provided link or QR code to complete your registration.

Step 2

Acceptance of Terms

Click “I Agree” to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Step 3

Completion of Required Information

Fill out all mandatory sections, including:
• Personal Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Educational Background

Step 4

Upload Identification Documents

Upload the following documents:
• Recent 2×2 ID picture
• Passport bio page or valid government-issued ID
Please have two (2) valid IDs ready.

Step 5

Confirmation of Registration

Verify that your registration has been successfully completed before moving on to the next step.

Step 6

Email Verification

Check your registered email for the system-generated password. If you do not receive it, please notify the Admissions Office for assistance.

Step 7

Portal Access

Log in to the SIS Portal at sis.gcm.edu.ph using your registered email address and the system-generated password.

Step 8

Submission of Required Documents

Upload all necessary documents, ensuring they are:
• Clear and readable
• Saved in .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf format
• Properly resized and re-uploaded if any upload errors occur.

Step 9

Notification to the Admissions Office

Once all required documents are uploaded, inform the Admissions Department by emailing admissions@gcm.edu.ph to begin the evaluation process.

Local & International Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Course

  1. Birth Certificate (from NSO/PSA)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character/ Recommendation Letter from two (2) former Professors
  3. Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials
  4. Transcript of Records
  5. Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
  6. 2×2 recent picture colored with white backgrounds
  7. Medical Certificate
  8. Marriage Contract if applicable (from NSO/PSA)
  9. NMAT result 40% percentile rate – GCM is bound by CHED rules to comply with the minimum passing score set for the year for eligibility to take the Doctor of Medicine course.
  10. Residence Certificate/ Communicate Tax Certificate (for Filipino)
  11. NEET result (for Indians)

Additional Requirements for Foreign Students

  1. Photocopy of passport
  2. Photocopy of Visa and ACR/I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)
  3. Affidavit of Bank Support/Bank statement
  4. Personal History Statement
  5. Proof of Birth or Passport Bio-page
  6. Police Clearance (issued by the country of origin)

Transferees

  1. Photocopy of passport
  2. Photocopy of Visa and ACR/I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)
  3. Affidavit of Bank Support/Bank statement
  4. Personal History Statement
  5. Proof of Birth or Passport Bio-page
  6. Police Clearance (issued by the country of origin)

Returnees

All returning student applicants should submit the following requirements to the Admission Office within the registration period:
  1. Letter intent to return for studies
  2. Certificate of no dishonorable dismissal
  3. Marriage contract if applicable (from NSO/PSA)
  4. 2×2 recent picture colored with white background

Admission and Registration Guidelines

  • The enrollee certifies that all his or her documentary requirements are genuine and true. Any misrepresentation or falsification impairs the enrollee’s application for admission. GCM reserves the right to accept or deny his or her application for admission.
  • Applicants are admitted based on their individual qualifications. GCM requires evidence of general competence, motivation, and capability. Aside from grades and test scores, preferences shall be given to those who are properly motivated evincing an interest to learn and have consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to follow GCM’s standards.
  • Applicants for admission must complete all forms, satisfactorily comply with all requirements, submit all required credentials, and pay the tuition and other fees. GCM is under no obligation to entertain any applicant or aspirant who fails to comply with all the admission requirements.
  • GCM has the right to select, accept or refuse admission or readmission of any student whose qualifications do not meet GCM’s standards. The status as admitted and enrolled is compromised when the student evinces a conduct or attitude contrary to GCM’s policies, rules, and regulations.

Scholarships

General minimum qualifications for application in the program:

a. Must be a Filipino citizen;

b. Must be of good moral standing with no administrative or criminal conviction;

c. Must be physically and mentally fit;

d. Must pass admission standards and school policies.

A. Entrance Academic Scholarship

Academic Standards:

a. Graduate of any Baccalaureate degree

b. Has obtained academic achievement

c. Scholarship examination classification of Average and above

d. Intake Interview score of 90% or higher

Requirements:

a. Duly accomplished GCM Scholarship application form

b. Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID picture

c. PSA Birth Certificate

d. NMAT result, not more than two (2) years from the date of application

e. Scholarship examination results

f. Authenticated Transcript of Records with certification of Baccalaureate achievement

g. General Weighted Average (GWA) Certificate

h. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended

i. Two (2) letters of recommendation from College Dean and/or Professor

With Latin Honors

Summa Cum Laude

Full scholarship plus 1 set first year books, 1 set school uniform, and living allowance for one (1) academic year

Magna Cum Laude

Full scholarship plus 1 set first year books, 1 set school uniform, and living allowance for one (1) academic year

Cum Laude

Full scholarship and living allowance for one (1) academic year

Top 10 Board Passers in the Pre-medicine Course

top 1-3

Full scholarship plus 1 set first year books, 1 set school uniform, and living allowance for one (1) academic year.

Top 4-8

Full scholarship plus 1 set school uniform and living allowance for one (1) academic year.

Top 9-10

Full scholarship and living allowance for one (1) academic year.

Special Scholarship Program for Academic Excellence based on GWA

Full Tuition Free

Has GWA of 1.5 and above with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (10% of enrolled students)

50% Tuition fee discount

Has GWA of 1.6 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (30% of enrolled students)

35% Tuition fee discount

Has GWA of 1.7 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (30% of enrolled students)

20% Tuition fee discount

Has GWA of 1.8 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (10% of enrolled students)

B. Privilege Scholarship and Discounts

Requirements:

Early Bird Discount

A 15% discount for incoming freshmen.

Top Achievers Discount
  • A 25% discount on first-year tuition fees (miscellaneous and other fees not included) for graduates with Latin Honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
  • Can be availed by students who did not qualify for GCM scholarship grants.
  • To maintain the discount in the following years, students must keep a GWA of 2.0–2.5.

Siblings Discount
A yearly tuition fee discount to siblings (brothers and/or sisters) studying in GCM.
  • Two Siblings – 20% discount tuition fee for two (2) siblings
  • Three Siblings – 25% discount tuition fee for three (3) siblings
  • Four or more Siblings – 30% discount tuition fee for four (4) or more siblings
Additional Requirements:
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificates of siblings enrolled at GCM
  • Photocopy of student IDs and study loads of all siblings concurrently enrolled at GCM
Alumni Discount
A yearly 20% discount on tuition fees to a family member (child or sibling) of an alumna/alumnus in GCM.

Additional Requirements:
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate as proof of 1st degree consanguinity
  • Photocopy of any valid document proving alumni status: Alumni ID, Transcript of Records, or Diploma
OFW Dependents Discount
A yearly 20% discount on tuition fees (excluding miscellaneous and other fees) for legitimate dependents of active or recently active OFWs.

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid OWWA Certificate
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate as proof of 1st degree consanguinity
  • Photocopy of parent’s passport showing latest departure stamp from the Philippines and latest arrival stamp from country of employment
PWD (People with Disabilities) Discount
A yearly 20% discount on tuition fees will be given to students who are under the umbrella of PWD.

Additional Requirement:
  • Photocopy of valid PWD ID
Service to the Nation Discount
A yearly 20% discount on tuition fees (excluding miscellaneous and other fees) for dependents of active PNP/AFP personnel.

Additional Requirements:
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate as proof of 1st degree consanguinity
  • Photocopy of Valid PNP / AFP ID of parent
  • Certificate of active service or retirement from AFP / PNP
Tatak Visayanian Discount
UV graduates receive a 10% tuition discount (excluding miscellaneous and other fees) as a recognition of their continued trust and loyalty to the institution.

Additional Requirements:
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Diploma
  • Certificate of Graduation

C. Special Sponsorship

Full Free Scholarship

with at least 3.0 GWA the said sponsorship is renewable on a yearly basis.

Academic Standards:
a. Must be a regular year-level student with no under loading or advanced subjects
b. No failure, DR (dropped), or INC (Incomplete) subjects
c. No grade below the required minimum standard
d. Has an exemplary conduct with no derogatory record in the previous semester

Requirements:
a. Duly accomplished GCM Scholarship application form
b. Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID picture
c. PSA Birth Certificate
d. NMAT result, not more than two (2) years from the date of application
e. Original copy of printed Final grades signed by the Registrar and/or College Dean
f. Authenticated copy of General Weighted Average (GWA) Certificate signed by the Registrar and/or College Dean
g. Two (2) letters of recommendation from the College Dean and/or a Professor
h. Intake Interview

Payment Confirmation​

After completing your payment, please email a clear copy of your proof of payment to accounting@gcm.edu.ph. This ensures the timely posting and validation of your student account.

GCM shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies or losses resulting from unauthorized transactions. All official announcements and updates from Gullas College of Medicine are sent only from email addresses ending in @gcm.edu.ph.
