Services for Students

  • The Registrar provides essential documentation and administrative support to current and and former students.

    • DOCUMENTS ISSUANCE – Generating offical Transcript of Records (TOR) for employment, further studies, or board exam and other documents such as certifications, notice of acceptance, certified true copies of documents, authentication of documents, etc.
    • ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION – Managing class registration, processing course adds/drops, and verifying current enrollment status

Services for Faculty Staff

  • CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT – Collaborating with departments to update course catalogs and manage curriculum changes
  • GRADE REPORTING – Coordinating the submission and processing of final grades from faculty
  • DATA ANALYTICS – Providing statistical reports and data analysis to help college leadership formulate insititutional policies.

About Registrar

The Registrar’s Office acts as the liaison office to the Commission of Higher Education. All communication between the school and her regulating agency is coursed through the Registrar’s Office.

The Registrar’s Office also:
  • Serves as the central administrative hub and official custodian of academic records for a college
  • Is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of student data throughout their academic journey, from admission to graduation

Core Functions

  • RECORDS CUSTODY – Maintaining permanent student records, including grades, attendance, and disciplinary standing
  • POLICY STEWARDSHIP – Enforcing institutional and government regulations regarding admissions, enrollment, and graduation
  • COMPLIANCE – Ensuring adherence to data privacy laws, such as FERPA, to protect the confidentiality of student information
  • LOGISTICAL BACKBONE – Managing the academic calendar, classroom assignments, and finals examination schedules
