- Assists students in converting tourist visas (9a) into student visas (9f).
- Managing visa extensions.
- Coordinating with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to ensure requirements are properly filed and updated.
- Beyond documentation, the department also serves as a support system—answering inquiries, providing guidance on visa rules, and issuing advisories on policy changes.
Important Notice to All MD and BS Students
- Please be informed that visa processing will begin only after all required documents have been completely submitted.
- Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
- Once your file is complete, the date of completion will be recorded, and this will be considered as your official date of submission.
- If you are asked to request any document from another office, please ensure that you follow up directly with the concerned office.
- Enrollment slips will be issued only to students whose visas are: Valid, Approved, or Officially applied.
