Enrollment Flow
Starting your medical journey at Gullas College of Medicine may take several steps, but we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Follow our structured enrollment flow to smoothly transition from applicant to officially enrolled medical student. Click a step to see the office images.
Student Info & SSC Fee Clearance (To take entrance exam)
Visit the SASC (Student Affairs & Services Center) Office to confirm student and guardian contact info, process (foreign) student requirements, and present SSC Fee slip.
Academic Evaluation & Block Assignment
Status Verification
Library Card Issuance
Go to the Library to process your library membership and have a physical library card issued.
Payment Processing
Proceed to the Finance Department to pay your tuition and other fees.
ID Creation
Go to the IT Department to process your ID.
LMS Activation & Enrollment Approval
Academics / Medical Education Unit (MEU) verifies ID, activates LMS account, and approves SIS enrollment.
Official Enrollment Confirmation
Registrar confirms Notice of Acceptance, releases official study load, and submits final enrollment list to the Dean.

Account Creation
Create an account on the SIS Portal using the provided link or QR code to complete your registration.
Acceptance of Terms
Click “I Agree” to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Completion of Required Information
Fill out all mandatory sections, including:
• Personal Information
• Parent/Guardian Information
• Educational Background
Upload Identification Documents
Upload the following documents:
• Recent 2×2 ID picture
• Passport bio page or valid government-issued ID
Please have two (2) valid IDs ready.
Confirmation of Registration
Verify that your registration has been successfully completed before moving on to the next step.
Email Verification
Check your registered email for the system-generated password. If you do not receive it, please notify the Admissions Office for assistance.
Portal Access
Log in to the SIS Portal at sis.gcm.edu.ph using your registered email address and the system-generated password.
Submission of Required Documents
Upload all necessary documents, ensuring they are:
• Clear and readable
• Saved in .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf format
• Properly resized and re-uploaded if any upload errors occur.
Notification to the Admissions Office
Once all required documents are uploaded, inform the Admissions Department by emailing admissions@gcm.edu.ph to begin the evaluation process.

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Course
- Birth Certificate (from NSO/PSA)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character/ Recommendation Letter from two (2) former Professors
- Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials
- Transcript of Records
- Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
- 2×2 recent picture colored with white backgrounds
- Medical Certificate
- Marriage Contract if applicable (from NSO/PSA)
- NMAT result 40% percentile rate – GCM is bound by CHED rules to comply with the minimum passing score set for the year for eligibility to take the Doctor of Medicine course.
- Residence Certificate/ Communicate Tax Certificate (for Filipino)
- NEET result (for Indians)

- Photocopy of passport
- Photocopy of Visa and ACR/I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)
- Affidavit of Bank Support/Bank statement
- Personal History Statement

Admission and Registration Guidelines
- The enrollee certifies that all his or her documentary requirements are genuine and true. Any misrepresentation or falsification impairs the enrollee’s application for admission. GCM reserves the right to accept or deny his or her application for admission.
- Applicants are admitted based on their individual qualifications. GCM requires evidence of general competence, motivation, and capability. Aside from grades and test scores, preferences shall be given to those who are properly motivated evincing an interest to learn and have consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to follow GCM’s standards.
- Applicants for admission must complete all forms, satisfactorily comply with all requirements, submit all required credentials, and pay the tuition and other fees. GCM is under no obligation to entertain any applicant or aspirant who fails to comply with all the admission requirements.
- GCM has the right to select, accept or refuse admission or readmission of any student whose qualifications do not meet GCM’s standards. The status as admitted and enrolled is compromised when the student evinces a conduct or attitude contrary to GCM’s policies, rules, and regulations.
Scholarships
General minimum qualifications for application in the program:
a. Must be a Filipino citizen;
b. Must be of good moral standing with no administrative or criminal conviction;
c. Must be physically and mentally fit;
d. Must pass admission standards and school policies.

f. Authenticated Transcript of Records with certification of Baccalaureate achievement
g. General Weighted Average (GWA) Certificate
h. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended
i. Two (2) letters of recommendation from College Dean and/or Professor

Full scholarship plus 1 set first year books, 1 set school uniform, and living allowance for one (1) academic year

Special Scholarship Program for Academic Excellence based on GWA
Has GWA of 1.5 and above with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (10% of enrolled students)
Has GWA of 1.6 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (30% of enrolled students)
Has GWA of 1.7 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (30% of enrolled students)
Has GWA of 1.8 with no grade below 2.0 in any subjects enrolled. (10% of enrolled students)

A 15% discount for incoming freshmen.
- A 25% discount on first-year tuition fees (miscellaneous and other fees not included) for graduates with Latin Honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
- Can be availed by students who did not qualify for GCM scholarship grants.
- To maintain the discount in the following years, students must keep a GWA of 2.0–2.5.

- Two Siblings – 20% discount tuition fee for two (2) siblings
- Three Siblings – 25% discount tuition fee for three (3) siblings

Payments made through unlisted bank accounts or third-party channels will be considered invalid. GCM shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies or losses resulting from unauthorized transactions. All official announcements and updates from Gullas College of Medicine are sent only from email addresses ending in @gcm.edu.ph.
