GUIDE TO PAYMENT OF FEES:

The payment of fees can be made in the form of cash, check, debit/credit cards, bank deposits, wire transfer or digital payments.

Please be guided of the following:

1. For cash, check and debit/credit card payments, please approach the tellers in the Finance and Accounting Department.

2. Check payments should be on date and funds must be cleared on or before the due date or examination schedule. Cheque should be made payable to Gullas College of Medicine, Inc. Official receipt will be issued after the bank clearing.

3. For payments deposited in the designated bank accounts of the college, please upload in the portal the machine validated deposit slip with your name clearly written on the deposit slip.

4. For payments made through inward remittance or international transfer, please make sure that your swift copy contains the following needed information:
        -       date, currency, amount
        -       ordering customer – name and address
        -       account with institution
        -       beneficiary customer – should be GULLAS COLLEGE OF MEDICINE, INC.
        -       remittance information (should be the name of student)

5. Please note that international remittances take at least 3-5 banking days to be credited in our bank accounts.

6. For payments made through GCash, please send a scanned copy of your transaction receipt, or copy of email/sms confirming your transaction

7. For payments made through on-line banking or on-line transfer, please make sure to indicate your name in the remarks and send a copy of email from the bank confirming your transaction as successfully completed

8. Following are the depository banks and its details:
