The Gullas College of Medicine (GCM), established in 1977 is anchored in excellence, in its instructions, faculty and facilities. It aims to teach students to become excellent medical practitioners, and is open to all regardless of race, nationality, color, sex, religion and political persuasion who pass the academic requirements for admission.

GCM over the years has produced outstanding members of the medical profession in leadership and service to the community. It will continue to do so, a pledge born in 1977 and nourished over the years. It stands on its multi-racial campus in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. Easily accessible by land and air transportation. Dormitory facilities are available in and out of the campus.
