Mandaue City, Cebu – February 15, 2025 – The Indo-Philippine Cultural and Educational Exchange Summit takes center stage today at Gullas College of Medicine in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. This significant event marks the 75th anniversary of Indian-Filipino friendship and fosters stronger cultural and educational ties between the two nations.

The event is spearheaded by Dr. David K.
