Get clearance forms from Admissions Office. Clarify unclear instructions for smooth completion.

Fill out enrollment form with all required and accurate information with legible writing.

Follow department staff instructions to complete clearance forms, provide necessary documents, and pay required fees.

After successful completion, study load will be sent via personal email. Check deadlines and seek support if necessary.
For Continuing Students (New / Transferee Students)

Click "Proceed to Admission"

Log in with your generated reference number as username and password

Change your password

Attach the required documents. Wait for updates in your admission log.
