On April 4,2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GCM Hosted the first day of the 12th Visayas Regional Assembly 2024 of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Association of Philippine Medical Colleges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening the three day event with a program held in the Campus\u2019 Auditorium which was<\/p>\n\n\n\n

then followed by a Regional Health Care Innovation, Regional Medical Student<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research and Regional Interscholastic Debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With GCM serving as the host location for the first day, the various activities that took<\/p>\n\n\n\n

place during the event where students, faculty and staff from different medical schools<\/p>\n\n\n\n

got a chance to interact, compete and learn from one another. Amidst the instructive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

conversations and enthralling tours, the prestigious delegates of the guest medical<\/p>\n\n\n\n

schools were treated to a delectable spread of culinary delicacies made by partner and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sponsor brands, as well as the cultural culinary concoctions of GCM’s own students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the fragrant scents of freshly brewed coffee to the delectable aromas of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

international cuisines, the food stalls only further made the event more exciting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

providing attendees with the wonderful pleasure of indulging in the various flavors from<\/p>\n\n\n\n

different cultures, enhancing the overall experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was topped off with a debate where medical students representing their respective<\/p>\n\n\n\n

schools faced off in a friendly competition where various topics relating to the medical<\/p>\n\n\n\n

field were tackled with each party giving their inputs and perspectives on how to deal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with situations along with giving their opinions about a certain matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These activities were held throughout the day concluded by a social night that was held<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in another venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
