Gullas College of Medicine (GCM) took a significant step towards global standards of excellence with the successful rollout of its ISO project and document control training, conducted in partnership with its external ISO consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event, attended by administrators, faculty, and staff, marked the beginning of GCM\u2019s structured journey towards ISO certification\u2014a milestone that further strengthens the institution\u2019s commitment to quality medical education and organizational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Document Control Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As part of the initiative, participants underwent a comprehensive training session on document control, a core requirement of ISO compliance. The session emphasized proper management of institutional records, version control, and standardized processes that ensure transparency, accountability, and quality across all departments. This training is expected to streamline operations and uphold consistency in service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ceremonial Commitment to ISO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A highlight of the program was the ceremonial signing of a commitment board<\/strong> featuring the Mission, Vision, and Education & Organizational Management Systems (EOMS) Policy<\/strong> of GCM. By affixing their signatures, the leadership and key representatives of the college demonstrated their unified pledge to aligning with international quality standards and achieving ISO certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This symbolic act reflected GCM\u2019s dedication to cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and accountability\u2014values that are integral to its mission of producing competent, compassionate, and globally competitive physicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
